Services Offered

    • Intergenerational Trauma: Healing cycles of silence and sacrifice within the family lineage.

    • Grief & Collective Loss: Navigating the death of loved ones, the loss of cultural connection, and the weight of "ambiguous" immigrant grief.

    • First-Gen Navigation: Balancing traditional Filipino values (Kapwa) with Western individualism.

    • High-Achiever Burnout: Unpacking imposter phenomenon and the "survival mode" of BIPOC professionals.

    • Decolonizing Self-Worth: Addressing colonial mentality, colorism, and internalized standards of success.

    • Boundary Restoration: Learning to set healthy boundaries with family and work without the weight of guilt.

  • I offer 50 minute sessions for individuals at $200/hr out of pocket (not through insurance)

I believe therapy should be accessible, feel free to inquire about available sliding scale slots.

  • I am currently an in-network provider for the following plans:

    • Medi-Cal

    • Medicare (Part B)

    • AllOne Health EAP

    • Empathia EAP

If you are using these benefits, please provide your insurance information during our initial consultation so I can verify your coverage and any applicable copayments.

  • For all other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means you are responsible for the full fee at the time of service.

However, many PPO insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse a portion of your therapy costs. Upon request, I can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed monthly medical receipt). You can submit this document to your insurance company to seek reimbursement directly from them.

Pro Tip: I recommend calling your insurance provider before our first session and asking: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits, and what is my deductible for those services?"

  • Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

    • I will provide this estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your first scheduled service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
